Due to the nature of our product, measures have been implemented in order to stop fraudulent orders. Spendable Arrangements will only accept orders from customers that have successfully ordered from us in the past, OR new orders that pass a fraud check.

Orders take 7 to 10 business days to make & shipping takes another 2 to 4 business days. Orders that contain money are shipped with "Signature Required" at time of delivery. If the recipient isn't home, the driver leaves a note telling the recipient the next scheduled delivery time or the location where they can claim their package.

Refund policy

No returns or exchanges can be accepted as our money bouquets are all custom produced. We want you to enjoy your custom orders and we work with you during the design process. We're always ready to answer any questions and help before, during and after the production process to get you what you need. We do not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
